KLE-1000 Roll Type Corona Electrostatic Powder Separator adopts high voltage electrostatic processing principle, separate the metal and non-metal materials according to their different conductivity. Through years of theoretical analysis and practice, our electrostatic separator does the best sorting of mixed copper plastic particles.
As the auxiliary equipment to the wire granulator machine, it can increase the separating rate up to 99.9%. Besides it is a complete physical separation. After the separation, the properties of various materials are not changed, and this won't affect its recycling value.
