There are two main types of copper resources that can be used for recycling:

The first one we call it new resources, which mainly refers to the "waste" comes from the industrial production. This kind of "waste" is mostly leftovers and machined turning scraps.If they are strictly managed, the grades and code of copper and alloys can be distinguished, and they can be recycled directly by the copper processing plants as raw material. The second type of copper recycling resources is called old resources, which are copper products among various industrial products, equipment and spare parts. The source of this is very complicated, and the life cycles of various industrial products are very different. For example, in automobile heat dissipation, the water tank tube is made of H90 brass, the heat sink is made of T2 wave strip, and the water tank is welded together with lead-tin solder, and the water tank is made of H68 alloy. 2. Scrap Brass → pretreatment (selection, bundling, packing) → induction melting (3-6 tons /furnace) → holding furnace (6 tons) → multi-line horizontal continuous casting bar stock → lead brass easy Cutting bar (HPB58-2, for lock making)

3. Automobile water tank air conditioner radiator → disassemble, remove the shell → bake, partially remove the lead-tin solder → crucible boiler melting, slag removal → iron mold casting → brass ingot → analysis of chemical composition → for the production of cast brass parts and bearing , Valves, sanitary ware, etc.

4. Copper granules from scrap wires → directly used as copper smelting ingredient. To prevent the copper powder from floating on the surface of the copper liquid, it can be packed with copper skin and pressed into the copper liquid;

5. Copper shavings, brass shavings → bundles making → induction melting → obtain remelted copper ingots → smelt the corresponding alloy

6. With the development of recycled copper industrialization and recycling technology, recycled copper production has developed in the direction of mechanization, continuity, and automation. Developed countries have already used specialized recycling line for recycling copper waste, such as home appliances, electronic components, and radiators.
